How Relocation Works with us

Two Visits to Atlanta

Your first trip will be to meet our team, drive around Atlanta and get to know the area. Then you’ll come for what we call the escrow trip. Once you’re in contract for a home, it’s best you come to visit the home in person to make sure it’s exactly what you think it is.

Realtor MLS Dialogue

We’ll work together to dial in what your non-negotiables are for your future home purchase. You’ll be able to reach out with questions for each home that interests you, and we’ll be able to easily narrow down the best areas and best home for you. This is all about getting clarity & focus for your home buying process.

Lender Options

Connect with a lender early on, as it’s key to knowing how much home you can afford.
The strength of your offer will depend on what your finances look like, and we want you to feel prepared.

Extra time & Back up Plan

Our goal is to make sure that you don’t have to move twice, but real estate can be unpredictable so we work together to ensure your move is seamless. But you’ll need extra time just in case, around 2-4 months.

Middle of the Budget

Depending on what your top budget is we suggest you look at homes that cost just below that. Because the market has been competitive with many above asking offers, you want to be prepared to offer above asking if you need to without going over your budget.

Leverage your Home Sale

If you need to sell your current home in order to buy a new home, it’s important to leverage that.  You can do this by explaining to your sellers agent that you will need a lease back; this allows you to stay in your home until you move into your new home.
